Bo Staff trained. Anime has been a huge part of my life since I was a child watching Dragon Ball Z and the list goes on. The fighting techniques of the characters inspired me to learn at least the basics.
The icing on the cake was watching Black Panther in 2018, seeing women who looked like me using spears to assert their jurisdiction; I was hooked and started training.
